Centre for Health Innovation and Policy (CHIP) Foundation is a non-profit and non-governmental organization based in Noida, India. CHIP Foundation is an autonomously governed company registered under the Company’s Act 2013 Section 8. The foundation is governed by a fully empowered, independent, Scientific Advisory Committee that has members from multiple constituencies – government, Indian and international academia and scientific community, civil society and private sector.

CHIP Foundation is an amalgamation of scientific knowledge and awareness about technologies in different disciplines of sciences, with a special focus on preventing cancer.

• To perform collaborative research, education and programs, innovation and translation, technology assessment and transfer.
• To transfer scientific knowledge and awareness about technologies in different disciplines of applied sciences, for instance,  Cancer Screening/ Awareness/ Diagnosis/ Treatment /Palliative care and Tobacco Control.
• To carry out educational training programs and workshops in the field of life sciences; so as to provide live exposure to trainees and unemployed youths on a non-profit basis.
• To spread the knowledge of fellowships and/or scholarships, to the students, available throughout the world and develop a link with the fellowship/ scholarship agencies.
• To provide formal and operational links with centre of knowledge creation such as; National R&D Laboratories, Universities, Medical Institutions, Research Organizations, and Eminent Individuals / Scientists in India and abroad, so as to create a strong network.
